Services provided by MPN’s project team created an office and retail complex that has become a major landmark for Robina Town Centre.
The sixteen-level office building features two levels of retail space and the striking ‘fin’ façade element which projects four levels above the top floor of the building.
The post tensioned floor plates delivered large open plan office spaces whilst minimising floor depth and floor cycle times. A shoring system to enable the construction of a 3-level basement car park was also designed by MPN.
