MPN designed structural and civil works for a new, state of the art office building in the growing Robina Town Centre commercial precinct.
The structure features off form concrete, exposed columns and cantilever slab edges as key feature of the external building design while performance and economy of floor slabs was achieved with post tensioned concrete. Sustainability was a key focus for the Robina Town Centre Precinct and this building meets a 5 Star Office Base Building NABERS rating.
The 7000m2 A grade building incorporates end of trip facilities, a ground floor café and office accommodation and accesses the retail, hospitality and transport hub of Robina Town Centre. The building’s façade features a mural by First Nation’s artist Goompi Ugerabah.
The site plan also required modification and realignment of the existing roadworks.
