This complex project included the construction of a suspended post tensioned carpark structure over a large stormwater detention basin servicing the local area.
MPN were engaged to design three new car dealerships that included showrooms, offices on ground and mezzanine levels and vehicle parking across the site.
Collaborating with the local council and Cornerstone Building Developments, MPN’s structural and civil designs achieved all council requirements and maintained the existing stormwater basin through all stages of the project.
