Civil works to facilitate the development of the Coomera Town Centre included the provision of Creek Road, connecting Foxwell Road to a future development.
The project included Department of Fisheries, TMR and Gold Coast City Council to enable the creek to be diverted including waterway barrier works, cultural heritage (retaining the old rail alignments), flora and fauna relocations and water resources.
MPN provided finalised detailing and construction services including management of flooding consultants, design solutions to enable fish movement through the major culvert systems, fauna relocation and provision of all pre and post reporting for the State assessments and approvals.
