RDX Lumina will deliver a state-of-the-art health and research-focused facility in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct by early 2025.
The building will provide 8 levels of space for lease over 12,000m2, 3 basement carparks and a link bridge to the Gold Coast Private Hospital.
The new research and development centre will include clinical, research, laboratory, specialist consulting and radiology spaces.
MPN worked with Icon during the project tender to value manage the building structure. The building, expected to be completed in early 2025, will have a 6 star green star certification.
