MPN managed civil and structural works for the new residential aged care facility in the leafy suburb of Corinda.
The four-storey facility contains 96 residential aged care beds with on-site facilities including a reception area with café, chapel, library, commercial kitchen & laundry, basement carparking and extensive external landscaping.
MPN worked closely with Thomson Adsett and were able to eliminate most transfers resulting an efficient structural design.
