MNP worked with Aged Care specialists Tricare, on the development of a residential aged care facility in Williams Landing, a rapidly growing area in Melbourne, Victoria.
The four level, 126 bed facility includes an indoor conservatory so residents can still enjoy the central garden area on a cold Melbourne day. The building was designed for all rooms to have a view of the garden or surrounding areas.
