This complex land subdivision in the Brisbane bayside suburb of Thornlands, consisted of steep terrain and was an infill development with established housing to the north and south and existing residents to the east. Significant terraforming and a strategic retaining wall design was required to maximise the development footprint and site yield. Stages 1-3 of the estate included 102 lots.
