MPN was a long-standing partner of Sekisui House in the development of land projects at Ecco Ripley. This master-planned community will ultimately provide 50,000 dwellings and house over 120,000 people in one of Queensland’s most rapidly growing urban corridors.
Area 1 included master planning and authority approvals of Stage 1. MPN also completed civil engineering design and construction services as well as contract documentation of Stages 1 to 6.
Area 2 included Stages 7-15 of Ecco Ripley and included the regional detention basin to service Areas 2 and 3, along with Ripley Road.
Area 3 encompassed the Sekisui House land holdings to the south of Ripley Road with multiple stages of residential and commercial development.
