A 52-lot residential subdivision with external footpath and road widening works was undertaken by MPN at the Foster Road ‘Dakota Stage One’ development.
The project team provided bulk earthworks, stormwater treatment devices and site detail design. Lot layout strategies helped maximise the use of developable land.
MPN also provided construction phase services for this project including tendering, contract management and construction supervision and inspections.
