This project consisted of a complete rebuild of the existing residential aged care building located within Aveo Durack’s established retirement community.
Aveo Durack’s new aged care facility is a two-storey building with a basement carpark and over 120 bedrooms. The building also features numerous relaxing community areas such as lounges, dining room, terraces and courtyards where residents can interact and relax.
As part of the revitalisation, MPN provided feasibility, development application, design development and construction services for both structural and civil disciplines.
