MPN worked closely with Bolton Clark and Hansen Yuncken on the development of this 162-bed residential aged care facility at Caboolture, a thriving community located on the corridor between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
The seven-storey facility also offers access to a reception area with café, a day spa, library, an onsite commercial kitchen & laundry, day therapy/rehabilitation centre, cold shell retail tenancies and extensive external landscaping. All amenities lend themselves to building an environment of compassionate care, a cornerstone of Bolton Clark’s design philosophy.
