Following the successful completion of Stages 4 and 5 of the Westfield Chermside Redevelopment, MPN were engaged to complete Stage 6 which included the design and construction of a new resort style dining and entertaining precinct. Inclusions were:
- A new Level 2 retail mall and lifestyle precinct with over 95 new stores. Check out the video below of the construction of the floating vaulted barrel skylights over the new mall and the operating shopping centre below
- A new Level 2 mezzanine car parking deck
- A new car parking deck at Level 3 above the proposed Level 2 extension
