A dated food and lifestyle precinct was transformed into a modern, highly functional marketplace with structural engineering and BIM services provided by MPN.
The upgrade included the redevelopment of 1800m2 of space and included specialty fresh food, cafes, food kiosks, homewares and health retailers. A semi-industrial, warehouse design added to the appeal for shoppers.
In the planning stages of this project, careful consideration was given to providing ongoing store access to tenants within the same precinct of the existing shopping centre.
