Sustainability was a key focus for the stage one development of Ripley Town Centre and the design features implemented assisted in achieving a Five Star Green Star Design and Built accreditation.
The centre was constructed over a 9000 sq. m footprint and included a major supermarket, 20 specialty stores, medical centre and commercial office space. MPN’s commitment to considering the environmental impact of their designs led to a car park shaded by an impressive solar array.
Stage One was designed with future expansion in mind, ensuring the centre could adapt to population growth in the region.
