MPN are collaborating with the Perron Group on the masterplanning of this $1 billion development which includes the revitalisation and expansion of the existing Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre.
The proposed development will include:
- Over 850 residential units
- 20,000m2 of commercial space
- 25,000m2 retail expansion including a new entertainment and lifestyle precinct
- External roadwork and infrastructure upgrades
- New Gateway Link foot bridge
