Australand engaged MPN to provide structural and civil services for Repco’s new distribution facility at Brisbane Airport.
The space includes a warehouse with over 14000m2 of floor area and a two level office building.
Key features of the project included:
- Efficient roof structure with minimal obstructions within the facility.
- Carefully detailed floor slab and joints, suitable for the use of the distribution facility and minimising future maintenance requirements.
- Preloaded subgrade to minimise future settlement.
